Prerna -Sayyam brings so much variety and variation in every class, I feel like I have never repeated a single asana! Her focus on pranayama and breathwork centers the racing mind. Her classes have a rhythm that allows space to stretch, strengthen, relax and build flexibility not just in the muscles of the body, but also of the mind. Every class of hers is a wholesome experience. It leaves one with an expanded sense of consciousness, cognition and awareness to get through the uncertainties of the day. I was having thyroid and 3rd stage of endometriosis for which she helped me to balance the healthy lifestyle which helped me a lot to conceive.
